Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui (1) hubungan kecerdasan emosional dengan adaptabilitas karir; (2) hubungan kecerdasan emosional dengan prestasi belajar; (3) hubungan adaptabilitas karir dengan prestasi belajar; (4) hubungan kecerdasan emosional dan prestasi belajar pada mahasiswa yang dimediasi adaptabilitas karir. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa tahun pertama FIP Unnes tahun ajaran 2015/2016, dengan teknik sampling random sampling dan besar sampel (n=170). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan Wong and Law Emotional Intelligence Scale (WLEIS), Career Adapt-Ability Scale (CAAS), dan indeks prestasi kumulatif. Validitas instrumen penelitian menggunakan validitas konstruk dan isi. Reabilitas instrument penelitian menggunakan koefisien alpha cronbach dengan hasil reliabilitas WLEIS 0,837 dan CAAS 0,911. Analisis mediasi menggunakan teknik bias corrected dengan N= 2000 dan confident interval 95%, dengan software SPSS versi 20 sintaks PROCESS dari Hayes. Hasil riset menunjukkan: (1) ada hubungan signifikan kecerdasan emosional dengan adaptabilitas karir (p < 0,01 dan β = 0,977); (2) ada hubungan signifikan kecerdasan emosional dengan prestasi belajar (p < 0,01 dan β = 0,010); (3) ada hubungan signifikan adaptabilitas karir dengan prestasi belajar (p < 0,05 dan β = 0,004); (4) Ada hubungan signifikan kecerdasan emosional dengan prestasi belajar mahasiswa yang dimediasi adaptabilitas karir (efek langsung LLCI= 0,006; ULCI= 0,014).The purpose of research to determine relationship between (1) emotional intelligence and adaptability career;  (2) emotional intelligence and academic achievement; (3) career adaptability and academic achievement; (4) emotional intelligence and academic achievement who mediated career adaptability. This research is a quantitative correlation. The population was a first year student FIP Unnes in the academic year 2015/2016, with random sampling techniques and sample size (n = 170). The data collection is using Wong and Law Emotional Intelligence Scale (WLEIS), Career Adapt-Ability Scale (CAAS), and grade point average (GPA). The validity using construck dan content validity. Reliability is using an alpha cronbach coefficient for WLEIS IS 0,837 and CAAS 0,911. Analysis mediation using techniques bias corrected with N = 2000 and 95% confident interval, with SPSS software version 20 syntax PROCESS of Hayes.  The research results that there is a significant relationship between: (1) emotional intelligence and career adaptability (p <0.01 and β = 0.977); (2) emotional intelligence and academic achievement (p <0.01 and β = 0.010); (3) career adaptability and academic achievement (p <0.05 and β = 0.004); (4) emotional intelligence and academic achievement whose career adaptability mediated (immediate effect and ULCI= 0.006;  LLCI = 0.014).

Abstract

Peningkatan signifikan pelaksanaan konseling online sejak terjadinya pandemi Covid-19 memunculkan berbagai isu terutama terkait implementasi kode etik dalam pelaksanaan konseling online. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk menganalisis secara mendalam isu-isu etis dalam konseling online serta rekomendasi sebagai alternatif solusi bagi perbaikan praktik di masa depan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode literature riview melalui lima tahapan investigasi yakni perancangan, pelaksanaan, analisis, strukturisasi, dan penulisan review. Hasil analisis terhadap isu -isu etis dalam konseling online menunjukkan isu kerahasiaan, komunikasi non-verbal, pengakhiran konseling online yang prematur, kompetensi lintas budaya, dan jaringan internet menjadi isu-isu etis yang paling problematis untuk menjadi pertimbangan dalam pelaksanaan konseling online. Rekomendasi untuk perbaikan praktik konseling online di masa depan adalah konselor diharapkan mampu mengidentifikasi jenis konseling online yang paling sesuai dengan kenyamanan dan masalah konseli, mampu mengidentifikasi kemungkinan kesalahpahaman, memelihara batasan professional, menjaga kerahasiaan alat elektronik, antisipasi time delay, kemampuan membentuk hubungan secara online dan mengikuti pelatihan tersupervisi praktik konseling online. Asosiasi profesi juga dapat mendukung keberhasilan konseling online dengan menyusun dan menetapkan kode etik konseling online.

Abstract

Career adaptability is the preparedness role in work and adjustman to changes in working situation in the future. The purpose of this study was to examine Solution Focused Brief Counseling (SFBC) approach in developing career adaptability of students.The method used in this study was a mix method . Subjects selected through a purposive sampling method that is focused on graduate students at the beginning of the semester with a major in Guidance and Counseling Faculty of Education, Semarang State University. Career adaptability in this study consists of four dimensions, concern, control, curiosity and confidence. Stages of Solution Focused Brief Counseling (SFBC) implemented include establishing relationships, Identifying a solvable complaint, Establishing goals, Designing and Implementing Intervention, and termination, evaluation, and follow-up. The results of this study showed Solution Focused Brief Counseling (SFBC) is effective in improving the adaptability of student career both qualitatively and quantitatively.

Abstract

The aim of this community service is to train counselors or counseling teachers to improve counseling skills in schools by using a motivational interviewing (MI) strategy to students. MI Strategies were trained to 31 high school counselors in Semarang City. This training was held for three days with an online process using the Zoom Cloud Meetings application and Google Classroom. To measure the understanding and technical abilities of school counselors in applying the motivational interviewing strategy, researchers used the motivational interviewing instrument. Based on the training results, it shows that there is a significant difference in the ability of the counselor before and after being given the motivational interviewing training.

Abstract

Masa anak-anak adalah masa emas, laju pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang pesat pada masa anak-anak menjadi pondasi untuk masa selanjutnya. Namun tidak semua anak mampu tumbuh dan berkembang secara optimal terlebih di era digital saat ini. Dampak yang nyata terlihat pada perkembangan emosi. Perkembangan emosi pada anak masih perlu mendapat perhatian khusus di TK Masyithoh Kebondalem, hasil penelusuran awal menggunakan instrument strengths and difficulties questionnaire menunjukkan 36% anak memiliki kecenderungan masalah perilaku dan emosi. Masalah perilaku dan emosi belum menjadi prioritas lembaga karena terbatasnya akses layanan kesehatan mental. Pemeriksaan berkala telah dilakukan oleh Puskesmas setiap 3 bulan sekali namun terbatas pada pemeriksaan fisik saja. Kegiatan parenting dengan orangtua pun rutin dilakukan, namun terbatas pada penyampaian hasil belajar siswa. Merujuk pada keterbatasan dan potensi yang ada maka menjadi urgent untuk memberikan literasi kesehatan mental bagi orangtua. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan peran orangtua dalam menanggulangi masalah perilaku dan emosi pada anak melalui kelas BAHTERA (Bahagia, Sehat, Sejahtera). Metode yang digunakan dalam kelas Bahtera berupa cermah, diskusi dan praktik. Kegiatan kelas bahtera dimulai dengan persiapan; pada tahap persiapan disusun modul guna memudahkan orangtua dalam memahami materi, selanjutnya tahap pelaksanaan dengan menggunakan metode cermah dan diskusi; menghadirkan psikolog dan konselor berbasis kelas secara luring sebanyak 3 kali pertemuan. Selain itu, peserta diajak mempraktikkan terapi release emosi. Tahap akhir yaitu melakukan evaluasi guna mengetahui kebermanfaatan kegiatan. Hasil menunjukkan seluruh peserta yang terdiri dari 10 orangtua dan 3 pendidik hadir selama kelas bahtera berlangsung dan menyatakan kelas bahtera bermanfaat dan praktiknya dapat dilakukan dalam keseharian.

Abstract

Indonesia is known as a multicultural nation. This progress is a cultural property as well as prone to horizontal and vertical conflicts. One of the goals of Global Citizenship Education is peace and justice for global citizens. One area in Indonesia that has harmony in accordance with the vision of Global Citizenship Education is the City of Salatiga, Central Java Province. The research method used is qualitative using a case study approach. Based on research results, the people of Salatiga have been very concerned about religious and socio-cultural harmony since ancient times until now. In addition, a life of harmony is the implementation of UNESCO's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) program, namely programs of peace, justice and strong institutions. The strategy for increasing harmony is carried out by the community by establishing three civic sites, namely Pancasila Village, National Village and Harmony Village. Various socio-cultural activities are carried out by the community to increase the harmony around them. The difference between the three villages is that Pancasila Village was chosen because it has the characteristics of a fairly complete distribution of places of worship and there is a tradition of tolerance in the community. National Village was chosen because the villagers have an awareness of patriotism. While the Harmony Village was chosen because of the characteristics of the villagers living in harmony and religious conflicts rarely occur.

Abstract

Masyarakat di Kabupaten Semarang menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam pengasuhan anak, termasuk rendahnya pemahaman terhadap pola asuh berbasis psikologi perkembangan dan lemahnya keterampilan komunikasi dalam keluarga. Menjawab permasalahan ini, dilaksanakan program pengabdian masyarakat bertajuk GEMBIRA (Gerakan Membangun Keluarga Bahagia dan Sejahtera) dengan pendekatan psikoedukatif. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahapan utama: (1) analisis kebutuhan menggunakan survei dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan utama dalam pengasuhan; (2) pelaksanaan seminar, pelatihan komunikasi keluarga, dan pendampingan; serta (3) evaluasi program melalui survei pre-post test untuk mengukur perubahan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan orang tua dalam menerapkan pola asuh yang positif dan komunikasi yang efektif dalam keluarga. Program ini juga berhasil membentuk komunitas belajar parenting yang berperan sebagai wadah keberlanjutan edukasi bagi masyarakat setempat. Implikasi dari program ini menegaskan pentingnya dukungan psikoedukatif dalam penguatan kapasitas keluarga. Rekomendasi diberikan agar model intervensi serupa dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain di Indonesia, sebagai strategi penguatan ketahanan keluarga dalam menghadapi tantangan pengasuhan di era modern.

Abstract

This research is based on the importance of civic culture by maintaining Pancasila values. The uniqueness of this research is the practice of civic culture in the village to maintain Pancasila values through Pancasila conservation. One of the villages that maintains this citizenship culture is the Genting village, Semarang district, Central Java province. The purpose of this research is to explore the culture of citizenship in the Genting community as a form of conserving Pancasila values, supporting and inhibiting factors, as well as efforts made to preserve Pancasila values as a civic culture. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Retrieval of research data using observation, in-depth interviews, Forum Group Discussion, and documentation. The results and discussion of this study are the practice of citizenship culture by conserving Pancasila values, which means caring for, maintaining and maintaining Pancasila values. The good practice of civic culture in the multicultural community of Genting Village, namely the citizenship tradition as a socio-cultural action by preserving the citizenship culture through agro-tourism, cultural tourism, culinary tourism, and spiritual tourism.

Abstract

The study purposed to examine the effectiveness of the solution-focused brief counseling (SFBC) intervention to reduce the negative impacts of problematic online games use (POGU) in college students. The research subjects were chosen by purposive sampling method of students who have problems with online games at the Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES). The study was conducted with an embedded experimental research design in which the data was obtained using a quantitative approach. POGU and online addiction games were included in the characteristics of people with internet addiction (IA) based on the diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders, fourth edition (DSM-IV) criteria that have a negative impact. Based on the study, negative effects of playing online games included low self-control, not being able to reduce the length of time playing online games and having thoughts (preoccupation cognitive) that could not be controlled and weakening the brain work systems causing the online game addicts. The form of intervention used in the study was SFBC. The SFBC stages carried out included building relationships, identifying complaints that could be resolved, setting goals, designing, and implementing interventions, termination, evaluation, and follow-up.

Abstract

Pendidikan Pancasila memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk karakter warga negara yang cerdas dan bertanggung jawab. Namun, pendekatan tradisional dalam pengajaran mata pelajaran ini tidak lagi cukup untuk mengembangkan kompetensi kewarganegaraan yang relevan dengan tuntutan abad 21. Pendekatan pembelajaran yang bersifat pembelajaran klasikal tidak mampu mendorong pemahaman mendalam yang diperlukan untuk menghadapi tantangan kehidupan di era globalisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran mendalam dalam Pendidikan Pancasila dan dampaknya terhadap penguatan kompetensi kewarganegaraan abad 21. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan tinjauan pustaka. Proses penelitian meliputi pencarian literatur, evaluasi data, dan analisis serta interpretasi temuan. Temuan utama penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan dalam Kurikulum Merdeka yang diterapkan dalam Pendidikan Pancasila masih bersifat pembelajaran permukaan, yang lebih fokus pada hafalan dan pemahaman pemahaman. Sebaliknya, pendekatan deep learning yang terdiri dari pembelajaran bermakna, pembelajaran penuh perhatian, dan pembelajaran menyenangkan, terbukti lebih efektif dalam membentuk pemikiran kritis, reflektif, dan keterlibatan aktif peserta didik. Model pembelajaran yang mendukung pembelajaran mendalam, seperti pembelajaran berbasis proyek, pembelajaran berbasis masalah, dan pembelajaran inkuiri, dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran dan memfasilitasi penguatan kompetensi kewarganegaraan yang lebih relevan dengan kebutuhan zaman. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penggunaan strategi pembelajaran berbasis keterlibatan aktif dan refleksi mendalam untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila, untuk mempersiapkan generasi muda yang kritis dan siap berpartisipasi dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat.   Pancasila Education plays a strategic role in shaping the character of intelligent and responsible citizens. However, traditional approaches in teaching this subject are no longer sufficient to develop citizenship competencies that are relevant to the demands of the 21st century. Classical learning approaches are unable to promote the deep understanding necessary to face the challenges of life in the era of globalization. This study aims to explore the implementation of deep learning approaches in Pancasila Education and their impact on strengthening 21st-century citizenship competencies. The research method used is qualitative with a literature review approach. The research process includes literature searching, data evaluation, and analysis and interpretation of findings. The main finding of this study indicates that the approach in the Merdeka Curriculum applied in Pancasila Education still tends to be surface learning, focusing more on memorization and shallow understanding. In contrast, the deep learning approach, consisting of meaningful learning, mindful learning, and joyful learning, has proven to be more effective in fostering critical, reflective thinking and active student engagement. Learning models that support deep learning, such as project-based learning, problem-based learning, and inquiry-based learning, can enhance learning effectiveness and facilitate the strengthening of citizenship competencies that are more relevant to the needs of the times. This study recommends the use of active engagement-based learning strategies and deep reflection to improve the quality of Pancasila Education, preparing a critical generation ready to participate in community life.
