Islamic education plays an important role in shaping the morals of the younger generation, particularly thru Quran memorization (Tahfiz Quran), which not only emphasizes memorization but also instills values of faith, worship, and morals. This research aims to uncover the strategies for internalizing Islamic educational values thru Quran memorization learning at SMP IT Jabal Noor, SMP IT Al-Hijrah, and SMP IT Nurul Ilmi in Deli Serdang Regency. Using a phenomenological qualitative approach, data was obtained thru observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that internalization is achieved thru habituation, role modeling, talaqqi (reception), muraja’ah (review), motivation, and a system of rewards and punishments integrated with the curriculum and extracurricular activities. Supporting factors include teacher competence, facilities, religious culture, and parental support, while obstacles include time constraints, lack of motivation, technological distractions, and minimal parental control. In conclusion, memorizing the Quran is effective in shaping students' Quranic character and serves as an important strategy for addressing the moral and social challenges faced by the younger generation, while also making theoretical and practical contributions to Islamic education.
