Stunting and weight faltering remain public health challenges for Indonesia, including rural areas of the country. One of the most effective ways of helping people understand balanced and inexpensive supplementary feeding is by teaching parents. This community service project was carried out at Dharma Wanita Persatuan Dukuhtengah Kindergarten to assist and educate parents using educational materials such as booklets and videos. The methods of implementation consist of several components, including preparation of materials, design of educational media, implementation of a pre-test, interactive counseling, post-test, and statistical analysis. A total of 45 parents took part fully in the activity. Evaluation results indicated a significant improvement in knowledge from an average pre-test score of 54.2 to an average post-test score of 84.6. The t-test showed a t-value of t(44)=20.08, p<0.0001, indicating that there was a significant difference in the means between the pre-test and post-test scores. The effect size of the intervention was considered very large, with a Cohen's d value of 2.99. The post-test scores became more normally distributed, with a narrower range (70-95) than pre-test scores (40-75), suggesting that understanding was consistently improving. This finding supports the effectiveness of simple visual educational media in enhancing nutritional awareness among the parents. The resultant product of this activity is that PMT education using booklets and videos is a viable model for a sustainable school and posyandu-level intervention to strengthen a community-based stunting prevention program. Edukasi kepada wali murid menjadi salah satu strategi penting dalam meningkatkan pemahaman tentang pemberian makanan tambahan (PMT) yang bergizi seimbang dan terjangkau. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di TK Dharma Wanita Persatuan Dukuhtengah dengan fokus pada pemberdayaan dan edukasi wali murid melalui pemanfaatan media edukasi berupa booklet dan video. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup tahap persiapan materi, desain media edukasi, pre-test, penyuluhan interaktif, post-test, serta analisis statistik. Jumlah peserta sebanyak 45 wali murid yang mengikuti kegiatan secara penuh. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan peserta, dengan skor rata-rata pre-test 54,2 meningkat menjadi 84,6 pada post-test. Analisis paired t-test menghasilkan nilai t(44) = 20,08 dengan p < 0,0001, yang berarti terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara skor sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Efek intervensi sangat besar dengan nilai Cohen’s d = 2,99. Distribusi skor post-test lebih seragam dengan rentang yang lebih sempit (70–95) dibanding pre-test (40–75), menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman yang konsisten. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa media edukasi visual sederhana efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran gizi pada wali murid. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah edukasi PMT berbasis booklet dan video layak dijadikan model intervensi berkelanjutan di sekolah maupun posyandu untuk mendukung program pencegahan stunting di tingkat komunitas.
