This study aims to determine the relationship between infrastructure management and principal leadership with the quality of learning at SMP IT Bina Adzkia. This is a quantitative study using a correlational method. The population and sample consisted of 30 teachers selected using total sampling. Data were collected using closed-ended questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique employed multiple correlation analysis along with partial and simultaneous significance tests. The results show a positive and significant relationship between infrastructure management and learning quality, as well as between principal leadership and learning quality. Simultaneously, both variables have a significant relationship with the quality of learning. These findings indicate that better infrastructure management and school leadership are associated with improved learning quality.
