<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah ada pengaruh kedisiplinan dan konsentrasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMK Negeri 5 Manado. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Survey dengan sampel siswa 86. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah teknik kuesioner (angket), observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan metode analisis regresi linear ganda, dan analisis korelasi sederhana dan analisis korelasi ganda. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan (1) Terdapat pengaruh Kedisiplinan (X1) terhadap Hasil belajar siswa (Y) pada siswa kelas X dan XI mata pelajaran Akuntansi di SMK Negeri 5 Manado. X1 terhadap Y adalah sebesar 0,022 < 0,05. Dan nilai t hitung 2.338 < 1,999 t tabel. Terdapat pengaruh Konsentrasi Belajar (X2) terhadap Hasil Belajar siswa (Y) pada siswa kelas X dan XI mata pelajaran Akuntansi di SMK Negeri 5 Manado. X1 terhadap Y adalah sebesar 0,000< 0,05. Terdapat Pengaruh Kedisiplinan (X1) dan Konsentrasi Belajar Siswa (X2) terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa (Y) pada siswa kelas X dan XI mata pelajaran Akuntansi di SMK Negeri 5 Manado X1 dan X2 terhadap Y adalah sebesar 0,000< 0,05. Dan nilai t hitung 3.756 < 1,999 t tabel.
