Abstract

Abstrak. Kendaraan tipe tertentu sedikit memiliki sensor jarak aman. Sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04 digunakan untuk sistem pengukuran jarak aman. Pengukuran jarak aman kendaraan menggunakan sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04 yang didukung Arduino Uno. Arduino Uno merupakan teknologi yang tergolong baru dan sangat berguna dalam meningkatkan keselamatan pengguna jalan. Research and Development adalah metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian mengukur jarak aman kendaraan menggunakan sensor HC-SR04 berbantuan Arduino Uno. Penelitian ini digunakan untuk menghasilkan produk tertentu dan menguji keefektifan produk. Percobaan dilakukan dengan jarak parkir yang berbeda-beda yaitu; 70 cm, 100 cm, 120 cm, 150 cm, 200 cm dan 250 cm. Percobaan jarak yang berbeda-beda diuji dengan sensor parkir HC-SR04 mendapatkan nilai berbeda-beda dengan rata rata persentase eror 0.011% dan keakuratanya 99.98 %. Sensor parkir HC-SR04 dapat digunakan untuk mendeteksi objek dibelakang kendaraan dan memanfaatkan sensor HC-SR04 dengan pengaturan jarak yang dapat diatur.Kata kunci: Sensor HC-SR04, Buzzer, Aduino UnoAbstract.
