<![CDATA[Counseling is basically a process, which is created with the aim of helping clients who have problems, in the development of the book ta'lim muta'alim not only discusses theories and learning methods, but also emphasizes the importance of manners, intentions, and morality in the learning process, therefore the role of counselors is needed as a liaison for providing education. This study uses a qualitative method with literature study techniques. This study aims to explore more deeply the relevance and application of this book in the context of contemporary education. The results of this study contain (1) Basic philosophy, (2) Purpose of counseling, (3) Counseling relationships (4) Counseling techniques, and (5) Stages of counseling. Thus, Ta'lim Muta'alim becomes an important reference in the development of guidance and counseling based on Islamic values, offering practical solutions to educational and moral challenges in society.]]>
