Abstract

Abstrak: Kota Mataram menghadapi tantangan serius akibat pertumbuhan penduduk dan perkembangan permukiman padat yang meningkatkan risiko kebakaran. Pada tahun 2023, tercatat 38 kasus kebakaran, dengan 67% disebabkan oleh korsleting listrik. Permasalahan diperparah oleh akses jalan sempit dan minimnya fasilitas hidran, menyebabkan waktu respons pemadam kebakaran rata-rata mencapai 12 menit, melebihi standar ideal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemodelan spasial proteksi kebakaran kawasan permukiman di kota mataram dengan memanfaatkan metode Network Analysis dan Inverse Distance Weighting (IDW). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pusat kota, seperti Kecamatan Mataram, Cakranegara, dan Selaparang, telah tercakup layanan dalam radius 1500–3000 meter, sedangkan Ampenan, Sekarbela, dan Sandubaya masih memerlukan perhatian lebih karena cakupan di atas 6000 meter. Lokasi strategis seperti Location 1, 4, dan 3 memiliki cakupan layanan luas dan harus menjadi prioritas dalam alokasi sumber daya. Sementara Location 7 dan 5 menunjukkan kebutuhan layanan lebih rendah. Temuan ini memberikan rekomendasi penting untuk perencanaan distribusi pos dan penguatan kapasitas proteksi kebakaran di Kota Mataram, guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan kecepatan layanan darurat. Abstract:   Mataram City faces serious challenges due to population growth and dense residential developments that increase the risk of fire. In 2023, 38 fires were recorded, with 67% being caused by electrical short circuits. The problem is exacerbated by narrow road access and a lack of fire hydrant facilities, resulting in an average fire department response time of 12 minutes, exceeding the ideal standard. This study aims to determine the spatial modeling of fire protection in residential areas in Mataram City using Network Analysis and Inverse Distance Weighting (IDW) methods. The analysis results show that most of the city center, such as Mataram, Cakranegara, and Selaparang Districts, have service coverage within a radius of 1500–3000 meters, while Ampenan, Sekarbela, and Sandubaya still require more attention because the coverage is above 6000 meters. Strategic locations such as Locations 1, 4, and 3 have extensive service coverage and should be prioritized in resource allocation. Meanwhile, Locations 7 and 5 show lower service needs. These findings provide important recommendations for post distribution planning and strengthening fire protection capacity in Mataram City, in order to improve the efficiency and speed of emergency services.
