<![CDATA[Motivation to learn is not constant and can be influenced by various external factors such as socio-economic conditions and accessibility to educational resources. The aim of this research is to analyze: 1) The influence of socio-economic conditions on students' learning motivation at Sengah Temila State High School. 2)The Effect of Accessibility on Students' Learning Motivation at Sengah Temila State High School. 3) The simultaneous influence of socio-economic conditions and accessibility on students' learning motivation at SMA Negeri 2 Sengah Temila. The research approach is quantitative research with ex-post facto methods. The research sample was 89 students at SMA Negeri 2 Sengah Temila. data collection method using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the research show:1) Socioeconomic conditions have a significant effect on students' learning motivation at SMA Negeri 2 Sengah Temila with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. 2) Accessibility has a significant effect on the learning motivation of class students at SMA Negeri 2 Sengah Temila with a sig value of 0.043 < 0.05. 3)Socioeconomic conditions and accessibility simultaneously have a significant effect on students' learning motivation at SMA Negeri 1 Sengah Temila with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05.]]>
