<![CDATA[Teachers play a significant role in education because a teacher can assist learning so that students gain experiences and skills that can develop their potential. However, based on data from the 2023 Accounting Education tracer study, only 18.8% of students work in the education field. This study aims to determine the relationship between the interest in becoming an accounting teacher and students' perceptions of the teaching profession, self-efficacy, academic achievement, and perceptions of the PPG program. The population of this study consists of Accounting Education students from FEB UNESA, class of 2021, totaling 73 students. The sample in this study uses saturated sampling, which includes all members of the population. This research is limited to only four factors that are suspected to influence the interest in becoming an accounting teacher. The data analysis technique using SPSS include data quality testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The findings of this study indicate that students' interest in becoming accounting teachers is influenced by their perception of the teaching profession, self-efficacy, and academic achievement. Furthermore, students' perceptions of the teaching profession, self-efficacy, academic achievement, and perceptions of the PPG program simultaneously affect their interest in becoming accounting teachers.]]>
