<![CDATA[This article will explain the postmodern aesthetics contained in the text in the form of "Jakarta Sebelum Pagi" novels This study adopted a descriptive approach to the results of the study showed that there were postmodern social characteristics in the Jakarta novel before the morning by Ziggy Z. The postmodern characteristics could be identified as cultural values that emerged through the combination of eclectic languages, disclosure of happiness through a dialogue situation that described parodies , the portrayal of past situations and reinforcement of events in the present showing sure, the rejection of the desires and disappointment that represent the irony, as well as the doubt of the attitudes of the characters through the camp.Keywords: camp; ecleticime; postmodern aesthetics; irony; parody; and surecheABSTRAKArtikel ini akan menjelaskan estetika postmodern yang terdapat dalam teks berupa novel “Jakarta Sebelum Pagi” karya Ziggy Z. Penelitian bertujuan mengidentifikasi penggunaan eklektisisme, parodi, pastiche, ironi, dan camp sebagaimana dijelaskan dalam teori sastra postmodernisme Jean Francois Lyotard. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan deskriptif Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat ciri-ciri sosial postmodern dalam novel Jakarta Sebelum Pagi karya Ziggy Z. Ciri postmodern tersebut dapat diidentifikasi sebagai nilai-nilai budaya yang muncul melalui perpaduan bahasa eklektis, pengungkapan perasaan bahagia melalui situasi dialog yang menggambarkan parodi, penggambaran situasi masa lalu dan keterulangan kejadian di masa sekarang yang menunjukkan pastiche, penolakan keinginan dan kekecewaan yang mewakili ironi, serta pengelabuan sikap tokoh melalui camp.
