<![CDATA[SantosoABSTRAKTujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi supervisikepala sekolah melalui pembimbingan dengan teknik supervisi Intel. Dalampenelitian ini dilaksanakan 2 (dua) siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri empatlangkah yakni perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan atau observasi danrefleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembimbingan olehpengawas dan kompetensi supervisi kepala sekolah sebelum dilakukanpembimbingan dengan teknik supervisi Intel masih rendah. Hasil evaluasidiri proses pembimbingan memperoleh skor nilai 2,00 sedangkankompetensi supervisi kepala sekolah dengan nilai rerata 63,08. Setelahdilakukan pembimbingan dengan teknik supervisi Intel terdapatpeningkatan, hasil pengamatan pembimbingan oeh pengawas mencapai3,10 pada siklus I, dan pada siklus II mencapai 3,20 dengan kategori AmatBaik. Kompetensi Supervisi kepala sekolah mencapai rerata 75,88 padasiklus I, dan pada siklus II rerata nilai kompetensi supervisi kepala sekolahadalah 84,12. Total kenaikan dari kondisi awal ke kondisi akhir adalah21,04 atau 33,35 %Kata Kunci : Pembimbingan, Supervisi Intel, Kompetensi Supervisi KepalaSekolah.This research purports to improve headmasters’ supervisory competenceusing intel supervision technique guidance. This research was conducted in2 (two) cycles. Each cycle consisted of four stage i.e. planning, action,observation and reflection. The result of the research indicates thatguidance by supervisors and headmasters’ supervisory competence prior tothe provision of intel supervision technique guidance were low. Selfevaluationresulted in supervision score 2,00 while headmasters’supervisory competence averaged 63,08. After the implementation of intelsupervision technique guidance there was improvement i.e. result fromsupervision evaluation by observers reached 3,10 in cycle I, and in cycle IIimprove further to 3,20 and falls within Very Good category. Headmasters’supervisory competence averaged 75,88 in cycle I, and in cycle II theirsupervisory competence rose to 84,12.
