<![CDATA[This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of competence and motivation of the driving teacher on teacher performance at SD Negeri Sekecamatan Gandus Palembang. This study is a quantitative study with a partial correlation method. This study was conducted at SD Negeri Sekecamatan Gandus Palembang with 30 driving teachers as respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a significant influence between the competence of the driving teacher on teacher performance with a correlation value of 0.283 with a relationship presentation of 8%, (2) there is a significant influence between the motivation of the driving teacher on teacher performance with a correlation value of 0.446 with a relationship presentation of 19.9%, while (3) there is a significant influence of the competence and motivation of the driving teacher together on teacher performance of 0.522 with a presentation of 27.3% while the remaining 72.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.]]>
