This research aims to find out the problems faced by schools related to the implementation of inclusive education. Inclusive education as an educational service system so that all children with special needs are served at the nearest school, in regular classes together with friends of their age. The method in this study uses descriptive. Data were obtained by literature study methods, studying journals and government regulations relevant to this research. The results of this study show that the problems faced by schools in implementing inclusive education include (1) internal problems of children with special needs including physical barriers to mobility, mental, psychological, productivity, socio-economic and obstacles to social function, (2) the awareness of some people and parents who are still not open to accepting the condition of their children with special needs and have an impact on the non-implementation of their educational rights, (3) The next problem of the school, especially from the factor of educators or teachers, is not ready to manage the learning of children with special needs, because they are not graduates of special education. (50 is still low on decent accommodations in schools, such as inclusive resource rooms, children's learning furniture, and other supporting accessibility such as disabled toilets, guiding blocks, wheelchair stairs, and others.
