The purpose of this study to describe the improvement of learning outcomes IPA model community learning in class V SD N 09 Kampung Melayu The approach is a quantitative and qualitative approach. Data were analyzed with qualitative data analysis model. Observations Learning Implementation Plan in the first cycle, the average values ​​obtained 80.36% (excellent), the second cycleis obtained average value of 91.08% (excellent). Implementation of learning in the first cycle, in terms of teachers achieved an average 70.00% (average), second cycle average values ​​obtained 90.00% (excellent). Implementation in terms of student learning in the first cycleat an average of 70.00% (average), second cycle at an average of 87.50% (excellent).Student learning outcomes in the first cycle average values ​​obtained 71.28% and in the second cycle the average values ​​obtained 84.56%.
