Abstrak: Penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning merupakan pembelajaran yang berfokus pada pemecahan masalah yang dapat diterapkan pada proses pembelajaran IPAS pada konsep siklus daur air. Pembelajaran siklus daur air dapat diajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based learning dengan berbantukan media diorama. Berdasarkan observasi di SDN Krapyak pembelajaran dikelas V ternyata guru belum menguasai penerapan model Problem Based learning dan media pembelajaran khususnya pada konsep siklus daur air, hal ini berpengaruh kepada hasil belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) kolaboratif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan melakukan penerapan model Problem Based learning berbantukan media diorama siklus air. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian merupakan siswa kelas V SDN Krapyak. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan soal tes (evaluasi). Prosedur Penelitian dalam penelitian tindakan kelas ini menggunakan model siklus Kurt Lewin, dimana dalam kegiatan penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus pembelajaran. Penelitian dapat dikatakan tuntas apabila siswa dapat mencapai skor KKM 75 pada soal tes (evaluasi). Hasil penelitian menunjukan hasil belajar siswa kelas V pada materi konsep siklus daur air mampu meningkatkan hasil awal prasiklus hingga sampai tahapan siklus I dan kegiatan siklus II.Abstract: The application of the Problem Based learning model is learning that focuses on problem solving which can be applied to the science and science learning process on the concept of the water cycle. Learning the water cycle cycle can be taught using a problem-based learning model with the help of diorama media. Based on observations at SDN Krapyak learning in class V it turned out that teachers had not mastered the application of problem-based learning models and learning media, especially in the concept of the water cycle cycle, this had an effect on student learning outcomes. This type of research is collaborative classroom action research (CAR). The purpose of this research is to improve student learning outcomes by applying the Problem Based learning model with the help of the water cycle diorama media. Data analysis in this study uses qualitative and quantitative analysis. The subjects in the study were fifth grade students at SDN Krapyak. Data collection techniques used observation and test questions (evaluation). Research procedures in this classroom action research used the Kurt Lewin cycle model, where the research activities were carried out in two learning cycles. Research can be said to be complete if students can achieve a KKM score of 75 on test questions (evaluation). The results showed that the learning outcomes of class V students on the concept material of the water cycle cycle were able to increase based on the initial results of the pre-cycle up to the stages of cycle I and cycle II activities.
