Abstract

Bullying is a serious issue in education due to its negative impact on students’ psychological, social, and academic development, including at the elementary level such as MIS Ar-Rahman Desa Bahtangan. This condition highlights the importance of effective prevention strategies. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the Stop Bullying education program at MIS Ar-Rahman Desa Bahtangan and to analyze its effectiveness in enhancing students’ understanding and anti-bullying attitudes. The program was carried out through counseling sessions, interactive discussions, and role-playing simulations to foster understanding, empathy, and social skills among students. The findings show an increase in students’ knowledge of the forms and impacts of bullying, a shift toward more empathetic attitudes, and greater teacher involvement in creating a safe school environment. Challenges included limited time, the absence of written regulations, and insufficient parental support. In conclusion, the Stop Bullying education program proved effective in fostering anti-bullying awareness, with important implications for sustaining efforts to build a positive and child-friendly school climate.
