<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the influence of community service visit activities on school management management at the RA Al-Ikhlas Education Foundation, Tanah Thousand Village, South Binjai District. This research uses a qualitative approach with observation, interview, and documentation methods that are carried out for four days, namely Monday to Thursday in 2025. The research subjects consisted of three principals and teachers, with a total of 20 students and three active classes. The results of the study show that community service visit activities have a positive impact on improving school administrative governance, teacher discipline, and collaboration between schools and the community. These activities also help schools in improving the documentation system, learning, and strengthening teachers' morale in managing the classroom. In addition, the results of the interviews showed an increase in teachers' ability to set schedules, prepare learning tools, and document activities systematically. Thus, it can be concluded that community service visits play an important role in strengthening school management through improving teacher competence and optimizing educational institutional functions.]]>
