Language is a means of communication and liaison in daily and normal interactions, both between individuals and individuals, individuals and groups and groups and certain national groups. One of these languages is Arabic. Research was conducted to determine the role of Arabic language teachers in applying teaching methods, namely the eclectic method, to class XII IPS students at MA Al- Fatah Mojosari. The research uses a qualitative approach, with data collection using observation, interviews and documentation methods. Researchers use qualitative descriptive analysis techniques in the form of written or verbal data from people taken from observations of learning activities, so that the research is a comprehensive description of the actual situation. The results of the research show that the application of the eclectic method in learning Arabic makes the teaching and learning process easier in the classroom, describes a variety of Arabic language teaching methods effectively, students do not get bored quickly in receiving the material presented.
