<![CDATA[This research aims to explore the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance at SMAN 1 Tempuran, Karawang. The method used is quantitative with data analysis using SPSS software. Data collection was carried out through the use of a questionnaire. The research results show that the principal's leadership has a significant influence on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Tempuran, Karawang. This shows that the principal's leadership role in improving teacher performance includes several important aspects: educators; where the principal provides academic guidance to teaching staff, managers; by organizing and coordinating educational resources, administrators; managing the administration of teaching staff, supervisors; supervising, coaching and assessing the performance of teachers, motivators; provide incentives and punishments and encourage teachers to take part in training and be innovators. These findings provide a deeper understanding of the important role of leadership in improving the quality of education in schools.]]>
