Green mustard is one of the vegetables that has commercial value and good prospects. The demand for mustard greens is increasing along with the increase in population and awareness of nutritional value. To meet the demand for mustard greens, it is necessary to increase the volume of mustard greens production, one way is to fertilize well and correctly so as to get maximum results. This study aims to determine the effect of goat manure fertilizer and NPK on the yield of green mustard plants. Based on the results of the study, it was found that; (1) Fertilizing goat dung had no significant effect on the growth and production of mustard greens. NPK fertilization has a real effect on the variables of plant height and fresh weight of plants. (2) NPK fertilization dose of 150 kg/ha produces the highest plant height and fresh weight. The resulting plant height was 50.83 cm and the resulting fresh weight was 259.73 g/plant.
