The results of this study indicate that individual student management techniques are an important approach in education that emphasizes understanding and paying special attention to the unique characteristics and needs of each student. With this technique, teachers can create a more personalized and effective learning environment, thus optimally encouraging student motivation, emotional development, and academic achievement. Furthermore, individual student management also strengthens teacher-student relationships through warm and open communication, which is crucial for creating a conducive and inclusive learning environment. However, implementing this technique is not without its challenges, one of which is the limited time and resources teachers have, which require systemic support for optimal implementation.
