This study aims to examine and analyze how the empowerment of human resources in the district Ciwaringin MAN Model Cirebon, then how the implementation strategy and the latter is what are the factors that support and block it. The study is conducted by researchers is the research field (field research) with qualitative research model. This study gives an overview of basic cultivated, depth of the relevant facts and reality. The data collection techniques through interview, observation and documentation in the hope of complementarity between them.
