Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of ability critical thinking and self-regulated learning with learning outcomes of Mathematic Student Class V State Elementary School Sirnagalih Cluster I District City of Bogor, the number of students as many as 153 students. The technique used to analyze the data is the statistical technique of regression and correlation.The research result showed that there was a positive correlation between (1) Critical thinking and Mathematics learning outcomes (2) Self-regulated learning Mathematics learning outcomes (3) Critical thinking, Self-regulated learning and Mathematics learning outcomes. It can be concluded there is relationship between critical thinking, self-regulated learning and Mathematics learning outcomes.Keyword: Critical Thinking, Self-regulated learning, Mathematics learning outcomes.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kemandirian belajar dengan hasil belajar matematika Siswa Kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kota Bogor, dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 153 orang siswa. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah teknik statistik regresi dan korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada korelasi positif antara (1) kemampuan berpikir kritis dengan hasil belajar matematika (2) kemandirian belajar dengan hasil belajar matematika (3) kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kemandirian belajar dengan hasil belajar matematika. Berarti hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kemandirian belajar dengan hasil belajar matematika.Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis, Kemandirian Belajar, Hasil Belajar Matematika
