<![CDATA[This study is important to determine the extent to which work environment and job satisfaction influence employee performance in order to improve organizational productivity. This study aims to explain the influence of work environment and job satisfaction on the performance of Tajinan Health Center employess. This research in explanatory research. The data collection technique used is using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used a saturated sample of 42 people and analysed using SPSS software. The scale used in this study is Likert scale. The result of this study indicates that the work environment affects the performance of employees of Tajinan Health Center and Job satisfaction affects the performance of employees of Tajinan Health Center. This study offers a fresh perspective by examining the combined effect of work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance within a specific organizational context.]]>
