Abstract

The growth of snack industry in Indonesia increases significantly every year. Data from multiple sources shows the consistency of this industry's growth. Meanwhile, Blitar Regency has a significant amount of papaya production, but the commodity has not been utilized optimally. This condition has encouraged the emergence of innovative snack businesses, one of which is run by PW Snack. This research aims to overcome a number of current challenges faced by PW Snack and to design strategic steps for its future progress using business planning studies. The data of this qualitative descriptive research was obtained from interviews and documentation. The initial stage of this research includes an in-depth analysis of the company's current conditions, and the next stage is formulating a strategy to develop the business of PW Snack. This research finds that PW Snack has designed a series of strategic steps based on the in-depth analysis of its business conditions. These steps include updates in product packaging, the application of more optimal digital marketing strategies, improvements in the effectiveness of its sales promotions, the application of better consignment and direct marketing management, the use of reselling and dropshipping systems, improvements and updates in the existing resources, the optimization of production SOPs, and enhancement in its financial management.   Abstrak Pertumbuhan industri makanan ringan di Indonesia menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dari tahun ke tahun. Berdasarkan data dari beberapa sumber menegaskan bahwa industri ini terus mengalami pertumbuhan yang konsisten. Di samping itu, di Kabupaten Blitar memiliki potensi buah pepaya yang melimpah, tetapi belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Kondisi ini menjadi latar belakang yang mendorong munculnya sebuah bisnis makanan ringan inovatif, yaitu PW Snack. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi sejumlah tantangan yang dihadapi oleh PW Snack saat ini, serta merancang langkah-langkah strategis untuk mengembangkan bisnis ke depan menggunakan studi perencanaan bisnis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Tahap awal penelitian melibatkan analisis mendalam terhadap kondisi bisnis saat ini. Setelah itu, dilakukan perancangan bisnis untuk merumuskan strategi yang akan diterapkan dalam pengembangan bisnis PW Snack. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa PW Snack telah merancang serangkaian langkah strategis yang didasarkan pada analisis mendalam terhadap kondisi bisnis saat ini. Langkah-langkah tersebut meliputi pembaruan kemasan produk, penerapan strategi pemasaran digital yang lebih optimal, peningkatan efektivitas promosi penjualan, manajemen pemasaran konsinyasi dan pemasaran langsung yang lebih baik, penggunaan sistem reseller dan dropshipping, peningkatan dan perbaruan dalam sumber daya yang dimiliki, optimalisasi penerapan SOP produksi, dan peningkatan manajemen keuangan.

Abstract

The expedition industry in Indonesia has experienced very significant development in recent years, this has made companies compete to win market share. Improving employee performance is one aspect that companies can use to win market share. This research aims to explain the influence of organizational culture on employee performance which is mediated by job satisfaction at Expedition Companies in Pekanbaru. This type of research is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was non-probability using a purposive sampling technique. The sample used was 157 people and analyzed using Path Analysis with SmartPLS 3.0 software by utilizing inner and outer model testing. The characteristics of the respondents studied were that they were permanent or contract employees at an Expedition Company in Pekanbaru who were still active, domiciled in Pekanbaru and at least 17 years old. The data collection method uses a questionnaire which is measured using a Likert scale. The results of this research show that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance which is mediated by job satisfaction.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to identify the effects of employee wellbeing program, work motivation, and work discipline on employee productivity. This study was conducted at the branch office of PT X. This quantitative explanatory study uses questionnaires as the main data collecting instrument. Incorporating saturated sampling technique, all members of the population, which is employees of the branch office of PT X, were involved as the respondents. The data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression in SPSS 27.0 for MacOS. The results indicate that (1) the employee wellbeing program significantly and positively influences the employee productivity, (2) that work motivation significantly and positively affects the employee productivity, and that (3) work discipline also significantly and positively impacts the employee productivity.

Abstract

This study is important to determine the extent to which work environment and job satisfaction influence employee performance in order to improve organizational productivity. This study aims to explain the influence of work environment and job satisfaction on the performance of Tajinan Health Center employess. This research in explanatory research. The data collection technique used is using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used a saturated sample of 42 people and analysed using SPSS software. The scale used in this study is Likert scale. The result of this study indicates that the work environment affects the performance of employees of Tajinan Health Center and Job satisfaction affects the performance of employees of Tajinan Health Center. This study offers a fresh perspective by examining the combined effect of work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance within a specific organizational context.

Abstract

The internet has become a primary need for Indonesians, including for listening to music online through platforms such as Spotify, which offers premium service. This explanatory quantitative study aims to determine the effect of perceived value, brand trust, and advertising on purchase decision for Spotify Premium service. The population of this study is all Spotify Premium users in Malang City. This study using a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling techniques. The respondents of this study involved 160 college students in Malang City who are Generation Z, aged 17 or older, have purchased Spotify Premium service at least once, and have seen digital advertisements for this service at least once. The data, analyzed using multiple linear regression in SPSS 25, show that perceived value, brand trust, and advertising have a positive and significant influence on the purchase decision of Generation Z students in Malang City regarding Spotify Premium service.
