Work-life balance menjadi isu penting bagi tenaga kesehatan, khususnya perawat, karena tingginya tekanan kerja menuntut kinerja optimal dan membuat perawat harus menyelesaikan berbagai tugas secara bersamaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis work-life balance, beban kerja, dan keinginan pindah kerja pada perawat serta mengidentifikasi hubungan di antara ketiga variabel tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif korelasional dengan 35 responden perawat. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang mengukur tingkat work-life balance, beban kerja, dan keinginan pindah kerja, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk melihat distribusi frekuensi, persentase, dan arah hubungan antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar responden memiliki work-life balance tinggi (48,6%), beban kerja berat (42,8%), dan keinginan pindah kerja tinggi (42,5%). Terdapat kecenderungan hubungan negatif antara work-life balance dan keinginan pindah kerja, hubungan positif antara beban kerja dan keinginan pindah kerja, serta hubungan negatif antara work-life balance dan beban kerja. Semakin baik keseimbangan kehidupan kerja perawat, semakin rendah keinginan mereka untuk berpindah kerja, sedangkan beban kerja yang tinggi meningkatkan keinginan tersebut. Manajemen rumah sakit diharapkan dapat meningkatkan work-life balance melalui penjadwalan kerja yang fleksibel, dukungan sosial, dan pembagian beban kerja yang proporsional. Work-life balance has become a crucial issue among healthcare professionals, particularly nurses, as high job demands require optimal performance and simultaneous completion of multiple tasks. This study aims to analyze work-life balance, workload, and turnover intention among nurses, as well as to identify the relationships among these variables. A quantitative descriptive-correlational approach was used with 35 nurse respondents. Data were collected using questionnaires measuring levels of work-life balance, workload, and turnover intention, and were analyzed descriptively to determine frequency distribution, percentages, and relationship tendencies among variables. The results show that most respondents had a high level of work-life balance (48.6%), a heavy workload (42.8%), and a high turnover intention (42.5%). There was a negative relationship between work-life balance and turnover intention, a positive relationship between workload and turnover intention, and a negative relationship between work-life balance and workload. The findings indicate that better work-life balance lowers nurses’ intention to leave, while heavier workloads increase it. Hospital management is expected to improve nurses’ work-life balance through flexible scheduling, social support, and proportional workload distribution.
