The purpose of this research was to find out the difference of learning result, the interaction by the use of Contextual Teaching and Learning model and Quantum Teaching learning model by also considering students' critical thinking ability. This research was conducted toward the 10th graders of social sience classes of SMA N 1 Lahat with the number of population as much as 148 students and 71 students chosen as the sample. The method used in this study was quasi experimental research method. The data collection process was done by providing test. Data analysis using the formula of two roads and t-test of two independent sample. Based on the data analyzed, it was found out that there are differences in learning outcomes and the interaction by the use of Contextual Teaching and Learning model and Quantum Teaching learning model by considering students' critical thinking ability. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar, interaksi penggunaan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning dan Quantum Teaching dengan memperhatikan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas kelas X IPS di SMA N 1 Lahat dengan populasi yang berjumlah 148 siswa dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 71 siswa. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen semu. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memberikan test. Analisis data menggunakan rumus analisis varian dua jalan dan t-test dua sample independen. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa ada perbedaan hasil belajar dan interaksi penggunaan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning dan Quantum Teaching dengan memperhatikan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa.
