<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to find factors that influenced students to do final paper overdue, from students perspectives and to understand the most dominant factor that made the students do that. This study was explorative in character using a mixed method (qualitative and quantitative). Data from the questionnaire were tested by exploratory factor analysis. Cluster analysis was used to de- fine group characteristics. Three factors were found through factor analysis, namely self regulation, academic ability, and emotional support. The most dominant of those three is self regulation factor (adjusted R = .729, p = .000, F = 130.27). Cluster analysis shows that 31% of students fall in group two out of three groups with characteristics: having self regulation, academic ability and emotional support above average while doing the final paper. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menggali faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi mahasiswa mengerjakan skripsi melampaui batas waktu dari perspektif mahasiswa dan mengetahui faktor yang paling dominan yang mendorong mahasiswa mengerjakan skripsi melampaui batas waktu. Penelitian ini bersifat eksploratif, menggunakan metode campuran (kualitatif-kuantitatif). Data wawancara menghasilkan variabel-variabel yang diuji dengan analisis faktor exploratory. Analisis kluster digunakan untuk menentukan karakteristik kelompok. Hasil analisis faktor menemukan tiga faktor utama yaitu faktor regulasi diri, faktor keterampilan akademis, dan faktor dukungan emosional. Faktor yang dominan dari ketiga faktor tersebut adalah faktor regulasi diri (adjusted R = .729, p = .000, F = 130.27). Hasil analisis kluster menunjukkan 31% mahasiswa berada pada kelompok dua (dari tiga kelompok yang didapatkan dari uji analisis faktor) dengan karakteristik kelompok yang mempunyai regulasi diri, keterampilan, dan dukungan emosional yang di atas rata-rata selama mengerjakan skripsi.]]>
