This study aims to develop a physics teaching module based on kaffah learning and test its feasibility and effectiveness in improving high school students' creative thinking skills. The study used the 4D R&D model method which includes the Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate stages. Validation by material and media experts showed that the module was in the very feasible category with an Aiken's V value of 0.83. The results of the trial at SMAN 3 Mataram showed an increase in the average score from 60 to 88. The N-Gain analysis produced a value of 0.38 with a moderate category, indicating an increase in creative thinking skills although not yet in the high category. The discussion shows that the kaffah learning approach encourages reflective and contextual activities, thereby helping to strengthen students' creative thinking indicators. The study concluded that the developed module was feasible and quite effective for use in physics learning.
