Peningkatan mobilitas penduduk di Kota Palangka Raya berdampak pada peningkatan volume lalu lintas , yang menimbulkan potensi permasalahan transportasi pada titik-titik simpul seperti bagian jalinan (weaving). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja lalu lintas pada bagian jalinan tunggal di area U-Turn persimpangan Jalan Krakatau dan Jalan Yos Sudarso. Analisis kinerja dilakukan menggunakan metode Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (PKJI) 2023. Pengumpulan data primer meliputi survei volume lalu lintas selama lima hari kerja (senin-Jumat) pada tiga periode (pagi, siang, sore) dan pengukuran data geometrik jalan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa jam puncak tertinggi terjadi pada periode siang hari (pukul 11.00 – 12.00) dengan total volume arus lalu lintas (qTotal) sebesar 1731 smp/jam (Satuan Mobil Penumpang/Jam). Bagian jalinan tersebut terhitung memiliki kapasitas (C) sebesar 2372 smp/jam. Dari hasil tersebut, diperoleh nilai Derajat Kejenuhan (DJ) pada kondisi puncak sebesar 0,73. Kinerja lalu lintas ini didukung oleh kecepatan tempuh rata-rata (VT) 26,61 km/Jam dan waktu tempuh rata-rata (WT) 8,79 detik. Nilai DJ 0,73 masuk dalam kategori Level of Service (LOS) C, yang menunjukkan bahwa kondisi arus lalu lintas pada bagian jalinan tersebut masih sangat lancar dan jauh dari kondisi jenuh atau macet. The increase in population mobility in Palangka Raya City has an impact on increasing traffic volume, which causes potential transportation problems at node points such as weaving. This study aims to analyze traffic performance on the single braided section in the U-Turn area of the intersection of Jalan Krakatau and Jalan Yos Sudarso. Performance analysis was carried out using the 2023 Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI) method. Primary data collection included a survey of traffic volume for five working days (Monday-Friday) in three periods (morning, noon, evening) and measurement of road geometric data. The results of the analysis showed that the highest peak hours occurred during the daytime period (11.00 – 12.00) with a total traffic flow volume (qTotal) of 1731 pcu/Hour (Passanger Car Unit/Hour). The part of the braiding is calculated to have a capacity (C) of 2372 pcu/hour. From these results, the Degree of Saturation (DJ) value at peak conditions was 0.73. This traffic performance is supported by an average travel speed (VT) of 26.61 km/h and an average travel time (WT) of 8.79 seconds. The DJ value of 0.73 is included in the Level of Service (LOS) C category, which shows that the traffic flow condition on the interlock is still very smooth and far from saturated or congested conditions.
