Abstract

Changes in the volume of traffic passing through duhung roundabout have an impact on traffic conditions. This study aims to find out traffic volume, roundabout performance and road geometric shapes. The method used is MKJI 1997. Hasil analysis shows that the interlaces Bundaran Duhung in 2020 has the largest interlacess current value of 815 junior/hour on the AB interlace (Ahmad YaniStreet – Tjilik RiwutStreet), the largest capacity on the AB braid (Ahmad Yani Street -Jalan Tjilik Riwut),which is6803 junior/hour, with the highest saturation rate of cd braids (Jalan Kopri-Jalan Tjilik Riwut) which is0.274,the average roundabout traffic delay(DT R) is 2.07 det / smp, the average roundabout delay (DR) is 6.07 det / smp and includes the characteristics of service level in the current condition is class A. Geometric Duhung Roundabout has the largest value of -5,800%, on arm D (Jalan Tjilik Riwut), on arm A (Ahmad Yani Street) which is 2.824%, on arm B (Jalan Tjilik Riwut) which is 1.424%, on arm C (Kopri) which is -3.425%, from geometric research results of roundabout on arm D (Jalan Tjilik Riwut) does not meet the maximum limit of 4%, thus reducing the comfort of road users.

Abstract

Palangka Raya is the economic center of Central Kalimantan Province, where there are many shopping centers that offer goods at low prices, one of which is the Koperasi Persekutuan Dayak Swalayan which sells daily necessities at low prices and is always visited by consumers so that there is an increase in traffic and tends to result in increased traffic conflict over traffic that is right in front of KPD Swalayan. In this study using two data, namely secondary data and primary data which were analyzed using the PKJI 2014 method. From the results of the analysis of the the percentage of traffic pull due to the KPD Swalayan burdening Jalan Rajawali by 4.34%, the existence of KPD Swalayan results in changes in the performance of roads based on the Degree of Saturation (DJ) = 0,60, Capacity (C) = 1859,70 skr/hour before KPD Swalayan operates after KPD Swalayan operates Degree of saturation (DJ) = 0,57, Capacity (C) = 1859,70 skr/hour, and if the KPD Swalayan is considered non-existent then the side barriers that occur will be reduced so that the Degree of Saturation (DJ) = 0,55, Capacity (C) = 1921,69skr/hour.

Abstract

Kinerja campuran agregat aspal pada konstruksi perkerasan jalan dicoba untuk ditingkatkan dengan cara memodifikasi campuran aspal sehingga didapatkan perubahan sifat campuran aspal, khususnya pada penetrasi dan titik lembeknya dengan menambahkan bahan tambahan karet padat sehingga diharapkan pada penelitian ini bisa mengurangi kepekaan aspal terhadap temperatur dan keelastisannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana manfaat penggunaan karet sebagai bahan tambahan pada campuran aspal panas yang diharapkan penggunaannya dapat meningkatkan mutu perkerasan lentur jalan raya. Pengujian Marshall dengan penambahan karet dengan variasi kadar bahan tambah 2%, 4%, 6%, 8% dan 10% terhadap berat aspal yang diperoleh dari KAO pada benda uji, hasil parameter Marshall memenuhi spesifikasi yang ada. Dari hasil evaluasi sifat karakteristik Marshall diperoleh rentang penambahan kadar karet 0% hingga 7,9%, campuran memenuhi semua spesifikasi yang ditentukan. Kadar penambahan plastik optimum ditetapkan dari nilai parameter Marshall yang memenuhi semua persyaratan spesifikasi dan dilihat dari nilai stabilitas tertinggi, yaitu pada kadar penambahan karet sebesar 7,90%. Penambahan karet sebesar 7,90% dari berat aspal menghasilkan nilai stabilitas naik 9,98% dari nilai stabilitas campuran tanpa menggunakan bahan tambah karet yaitu mengalami kenaikan sebesar 93 kg, nilai flow naik sebesar 0,27 mm, rongga dalam campuran (VIM) turun sebesar 0,80%, rongga terisi aspal (VFB) naik sebesar 4,20% dan hasil bagi Marshall (Marshall Quotient) naik sebesar 11 kg/mm.  Kata Kunci: Aspal Karet, Hot Rolled Sheet Wearing Coaurse, Kadar Aspal Optimum

Abstract

Perubahan volume lalu lintas pada ruas jalan Rajawali di kota Palangka Raya memberikan dampak terhadap kondisi jalan dan umur jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sisa umur jalan dan untuk mengetahui besarnya nilai derajat kerusakan pada jalan. Pengumpulan data LHR diperoleh dari hasil survei di lapangan. Perhitungan sisa umur jalan menggunakan metode Bina Marga 2013 dan AASHTO 1993, yang diperoleh dari nilai jumlah kendaraan dan nilai Equivalent Standard Axle Load (ESAL) kendaraan dalam keadaan normal. Berdasarkan hasil analisis sisa umur rencana jalan, pada ruas jalan Rajawali dari arah Segmen (Simpang 4 Tingang – Rajawali)  mempunyai sisa umur yaitu 66,95 % dan dari jalan Rajawali dari arah Segmen (Simpang 4 Badak – Rajawali) mempunyai sisa umur yaitu 71,86 %. Dari hasil perhitungan nilai derajat kerusakan jalan pada kendaraan, didapatkan bahwa truk 2 sumbu yang memiliki beban >20 ton mengalami overloading karena roda bagian belakang kelebihan 4,8630 sehingga menjadi tidak aman, truk 3 sumbu yang memiliki beban >30 ton juga mengalami overloading karena roda bagian belakang kelebihan 5,3810 sehingga menjadi tidak aman, dimana keduanya sama dengan truk yang memiliki 3 - 4 as tunggal yang lewat.Kata Kunci  : Sisa Umur  Jalan, Kerusakan Dini, LHR

Abstract

Travel attraction, especially in the Mentaya Shopping Center shopping area, is one of the problems that causes congestion. Therefore, it is necessary to solve the transportation problem. The first step is to know the characteristics of the trip attraction and evaluate the level of visitor satisfaction with the current condition of the Mentaya Shopping Center. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 105 respondents at the Mentaya Shopping Center. The analysis used is descriptive analysis to determine the characteristics of the trip attraction and the measurement of the results of the level of visitor satisfaction using a Likert scale. Based on data from filling out questionnaires by 105 respondents, it is known that the average visitor is 21-30 years old, female, most of them work as private workers with the last education of high school (SMA), the average travel time is 20 minutes, the average travel distance is 15 km, the mode used is a motorbike, the highest average income of visitors is Rp. 2,000,000 – Rp. 4,000,000, the origin of most visitors coming from home, the intensity of the visitor's trip for 1 week is 1 time, the purpose of visitors is to buy basic goods. In general, visitors are satisfied with the current state of the Mentaya Shopping Center with a satisfied percentage of 49.5%.

Abstract

Peningkatan mobilitas penduduk di Kota Palangka Raya berdampak pada peningkatan volume lalu lintas , yang menimbulkan potensi permasalahan transportasi pada titik-titik simpul seperti bagian jalinan (weaving). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja lalu lintas pada bagian jalinan tunggal di area U-Turn persimpangan Jalan Krakatau dan Jalan Yos Sudarso. Analisis kinerja dilakukan menggunakan metode Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (PKJI) 2023. Pengumpulan data primer meliputi survei volume lalu lintas selama lima hari kerja (senin-Jumat) pada tiga periode (pagi, siang, sore) dan pengukuran data geometrik jalan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa jam puncak tertinggi terjadi pada periode siang hari (pukul 11.00 – 12.00) dengan total volume arus lalu lintas (qTotal) sebesar 1731 smp/jam (Satuan Mobil Penumpang/Jam). Bagian jalinan tersebut terhitung memiliki kapasitas (C) sebesar 2372 smp/jam. Dari hasil tersebut, diperoleh nilai Derajat Kejenuhan (DJ) pada kondisi puncak sebesar 0,73. Kinerja lalu lintas ini didukung oleh kecepatan tempuh rata-rata (VT) 26,61 km/Jam dan waktu tempuh rata-rata (WT) 8,79 detik. Nilai DJ 0,73 masuk dalam kategori Level of Service (LOS) C, yang menunjukkan bahwa kondisi arus lalu lintas pada bagian jalinan tersebut masih sangat lancar dan jauh dari kondisi jenuh atau macet. The increase in population mobility in Palangka Raya City has an impact on increasing traffic volume, which causes potential transportation problems at node points such as weaving. This study aims to analyze traffic performance on the single braided section in the U-Turn area of the intersection of Jalan Krakatau and Jalan Yos Sudarso. Performance analysis was carried out using the 2023 Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI) method. Primary data collection included a survey of traffic volume for five working days (Monday-Friday) in three periods (morning, noon, evening) and measurement of road geometric data. The results of the analysis showed that the highest peak hours occurred during the daytime period (11.00 – 12.00) with a total traffic flow volume (qTotal) of 1731 pcu/Hour (Passanger Car Unit/Hour). The part of the braiding is calculated to have a capacity (C) of 2372 pcu/hour. From these results, the Degree of Saturation (DJ) value at peak conditions was 0.73. This traffic performance is supported by an average travel speed (VT) of 26.61 km/h and an average travel time (WT) of 8.79 seconds. The DJ value of 0.73 is included in the Level of Service (LOS) C category, which shows that the traffic flow condition on the interlock is still very smooth and far from saturated or congested conditions.

Abstract

Pelabuhan PT Pelindo Multi Terminal Branch Bumi Harjo di Kabupaten Kotawaringin Barat memegang peranan penting sebagai pusat distribusi komoditas ekspor dan impor melalui terminal peti kemas. Seiring meningkatnya arus kunjungan kapal dan volume peti kemas, pelabuhan ini menghadapi tantangan serius terkait kapasitas dan kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterkaitan antara kapasitas pelayanan pelabuhan dengan arus kapal dan peti kemas berdasarkan dua indikator kinerja utama, yaitu waiting time (WT) dan approach time (AT). Data yang digunakan merupakan data operasional sekunder tahun 2025 yang diperoleh dari instansi terkait, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan perbandingan terhadap standar pelayanan pelabuhan yang ditetapkan oleh Kementerian Perhubungan melalui DJPL dan KSOP Kelas IV Kumai. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata waiting time (WT) kapal mencapai 8,35 jam, jauh melampaui standar maksimal 1 jam, dengan hanya 1% kapal yang memenuhi ketentuan tersebut. Sementara itu, rata-rata approach time (AT) tercatat sebesar 7,47 jam, melebihi ambang batas 3 jam, dan hanya 2% kapal yang memenuhi standar pelayanan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan adanya deviasi signifikan antara kinerja pelayanan aktual dan standar operasional pelabuhan. Faktor utama penyebab tingginya WT dan AT meliputi keterbatasan jumlah petugas pandu dan kapal tunda, kepadatan lalu lintas kapal, kondisi cuaca yang kurang mendukung, serta aktivitas pengerukan di alur pelayaran. Kontribusi ilmiah penelitian ini tidak hanya bersifat evaluatif, tetapi juga memberikan landasan analitis bagi perencanaan peningkatan kapasitas dan efisiensi sistem pelayanan pelabuhan, khususnya melalui optimalisasi sumber daya pandu-tunda, pengelolaan lalu lintas kapal, serta penyesuaian kapasitas infrastruktur terhadap pertumbuhan arus kapal dan peti kemas. Capacity Review of Vessel and Container Traffic at PT Pelindo Bumi Harjo Port, West Kotawaringin Regency Abstract The Port of PT Pelindo Multi Terminal, Bumi Harjo Branch, in West Kotawaringin Regency plays a crucial role as a distribution hub for export and import commodities through its container terminal. Along with the increasing number of vessel calls and container volumes, the port faces serious challenges related to service capacity and quality. This study employs a quantitative descriptive research design aimed at analyzing the relationship between port service capacity and vessel and container traffic based on two key performance indicators, namely waiting time (WT) and approach time (AT). The data used consist of secondary operational data from 2025 obtained from relevant institutions and analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and comparisons with port service standards established by the Ministry of Transportation through the Directorate General of Sea Transportation (DJPL) and the Kumai Class IV Port Authority (KSOP). The results indicate that the average vessel waiting time (WT) reached 8.35 hours, far exceeding the maximum standard of 1 hour, with only 1% of vessels meeting the required standard. Meanwhile, the average vessel approach time (AT) was recorded at 7.47 hours, surpassing the 3-hour threshold, with only 2% of vessels complying with the service standard. These findings reveal a significant deviation between actual port service performance and established operational standards. The main factors contributing to the prolonged WT and AT include limitations in the number of marine pilots and tugboats, high vessel traffic density, unfavorable weather conditions, and dredging activities along the navigation channel. The scientific contribution of this study is not merely evaluative but also provides an analytical foundation for planning improvements in port service capacity and operational efficiency, particularly through the optimization of pilotage and tugboat resources, vessel traffic management, and the adjustment of infrastructure capacity in response to the growth of vessel and container flows.
