<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, the practice of Al-Islam and Muhammadiyah values (AIK), and quality management on the performance of the academic community at Universitas Muhammadiyah Kuningan. The research subjects include lecturers and administrative staff actively engaged within the university. A quantitative method with a survey approach was employed. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results show that work motivation, AIK practices, and quality management simultaneously have a significant effect on improving academic community performance. Partially, each of these variables also has a significant positive effect, with AIK practice emerging as the dominant variable influencing performance. These findings underscore the importance of integrating Islamic and Muhammadiyah values into higher education governance and the need for the implementation of quality management to support overall institutional performance improvement.]]>
