Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, the practice of Al-Islam and Muhammadiyah values (AIK), and quality management on the performance of the academic community at Universitas Muhammadiyah Kuningan. The research subjects include lecturers and administrative staff actively engaged within the university. A quantitative method with a survey approach was employed. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results show that work motivation, AIK practices, and quality management simultaneously have a significant effect on improving academic community performance. Partially, each of these variables also has a significant positive effect, with AIK practice emerging as the dominant variable influencing performance. These findings underscore the importance of integrating Islamic and Muhammadiyah values into higher education governance and the need for the implementation of quality management to support overall institutional performance improvement.

Abstract

The limited Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) of mathematics teachers is a significant issue that leads to students encountering difficulties in learning about exponentiation and roots. This study seeks to enhance teachers' Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) by implementing the Didactical Design Research (DDR) approach. This qualitative research method was applied to VIII grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Cigugur through a DDR cycle that includes design, implementation, retrospective analysis, and reflection. The results indicated that the reflective cycle of DDR successfully transformed teachers' teaching practices from procedural to more diagnostic and responsive. The main findings are empirical didactical designs that have been revised and tested to overcome students' fundamental learning barriers. It is concluded that DDR is an effective professional development model to empower teachers as learning designers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan, keefektifan dan kepraktisan produk E-LKPD Liveworksheet yang dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis. Peneliian ini merupakan jenis penelitian dan pengembangan (Research an Development) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas XI-3 MAN 1 Majalengka tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa: 1) Produk E-LKPD Liveworksheet yang telah dikembangkan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran dengan perolehan rata-rata keselurhan validasi media dan materi yaitu  dan masuk kedalam kriteria layak. 2) Produk E-LKPD Liveworksheet yang telah dikembangkan efektif digunakan dengan perolehan uji paired sample t test menunjukkan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) . 3) Produk E-LKPD Liveworksheet yang telah dikembangkan praktis digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dari hasil perhitungan angket kepraktisan dengan peroleh rata-rata persentase total dengan nilai   dan termasuk kedap kategori praktis.
