Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh ancaman degradasi lukisan prasejarah cap tangan dan babi rusa berusia 35.000–45.000 tahun di Gua Leang-Leang, Maros, serta rendahnya pemahaman mahasiswa Pendidikan Sejarah UNM terhadap nilai sejarah, seni, dan ekologi situs tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah blended learning selama dua hari, mengintegrasikan seminar daring, kunjungan lapangan, simulasi praktik pelestarian, dan workshop penyusunan modul pembelajaran. Pelaksanaan diawali seminar oleh arkeolog BPCB Sulsel dan dosen UNM, dilanjutkan observasi langsung 45 mahasiswa di gua dengan pemetaan GIS, dokumentasi non-invasif, replika cap tangan, serta diskusi kearifan lokal; ditutup penyusunan 9 modul edukasi berbasis Leang-Leang yang siap diintegrasikan ke kurikulum sekolah menengah, guna menjadikan mahasiswa agen pelestarian warisan prasejarah.Abstract: This community service activity is motivated by the degradation threats to prehistoric hand stencil and babirusa paintings aged 35,000–45,000 years in Leang-Leang Caves, Maros, as well as the low understanding among History Education students at Universitas Negeri Makassar (UNM) regarding the historical, artistic, and ecological values of the site. The method employed is a two-day blended learning approach, integrating an online seminar, field visit, conservation practice simulations, and a learning module design workshop. Implementation began with a seminar delivered by BPCB Sulsel archaeologists and UNM lecturers, followed by direct observation of 45 students at the caves involving GIS mapping, non-invasive documentation, eco-friendly hand stencil replicas, and discussions on local wisdom; it concluded with the development of 9 Leang-Leang-based educational modules ready for integration into secondary school curricula, transforming students into agents of prehistoric heritage preservation.
