This research aimed to identify the impact of classroom management on student learning motivation at MIS PUI Haurkolot. Utilizing a quantitative correlational approach, data was collected through questionnaires and document studies from the principal, teachers, and students in grades 4, 5, and 6. Quantitative data analysis, including validity and reliability testing with SPSS version 26.0 (Windows), indicated that both classroom management and student learning motivation levels were in the moderate category. Determinant analysis revealed that the classroom management variable contributed 40.1% to learning motivation, with external factors accounting for the remaining 59.9%. Furthermore, statistical testing (T-test), showing a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), confirmed a significant influence of classroom management on student learning motivation at MIS PUI Haurkolot.
