Abstract

This research aimed to identify the impact of classroom management on student learning motivation at MIS PUI Haurkolot. Utilizing a quantitative correlational approach, data was collected through questionnaires and document studies from the principal, teachers, and students in grades 4, 5, and 6. Quantitative data analysis, including validity and reliability testing with SPSS version 26.0 (Windows), indicated that both classroom management and student learning motivation levels were in the moderate category. Determinant analysis revealed that the classroom management variable contributed 40.1% to learning motivation, with external factors accounting for the remaining 59.9%. Furthermore, statistical testing (T-test), showing a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), confirmed a significant influence of classroom management on student learning motivation at MIS PUI Haurkolot.

Abstract

Education is a serious effort made to explore and develop human capacity so that a change occurs, but in the process of knowledge, behavior, or principles that have been determined. Good administrative management will also create good services for the information needed for the operational activities of an organization or educational institution. the purpose of this study was to determine how much influence administrative management has on the quality of academic services at MTs Negeri 3 Cirebon. This study uses quantitative methods, with data collection techniques through questionnaires, observation and documentation then analyzed using simple linear regression using the SPSS 25 application. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the effect of administrative management on the quality of academic services at MTs Negeri 3 Cirebon has a positive and significant effect, which has a significance of 0.00, which is smaller than 0.05. It can be said that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be said that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted or there is a significant positive influence between the administrative management variable and the academic service quality variable in the calculation of simple linear regression analysis. The coefficient of determination or R Square states that the administrative management variable has a positive and significant effect on the quality of academic services by 37.9% while the remaining 62.1% is influenced by other factors not examined. From the results of research and data processing obtained by the author, it can be seen that administrative management has an important influence and role in determining the quality of academic services at MTs N 3 Cirebon by 37.9%. This is based on the quality of administrative management that can have a positive impact on academic services.
