Menopause is the permanent cessation of menstruation in female reproduction. In the menopause process, there are four periods, namely the climacterium, perimenopause, menopause, and senescence. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of comorbid diseases (hypertension, diabetes mellitus, cholesterol, uric acid) with the quality of sleep of menopausal women in the coastal area of Ule Lhee Banda Aceh in 2024. This type of research is analytic with a Cross Sectional approach. This research was conducted in June 2024. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling with a total of 37 people. Data were collected through examination of Diabetes Mellitus, Cholesterol and Uric Acid using easy touch GCU and interviews with questionnaires. Univariate data were analyzed descriptively and bivariate data were analyzed using the chi square test. The results obtained there is a relationship between hypertension disease with sleep quality (p=0.005), DM disease with sleep quality (p=0.006), uric acid disease with quality (p=0.012), with menopausal women in the coastal area of Ulee Lheu. There is no relationship between cholesterol disease and the quality of sleep of menopausal women in the coastal area of Ulee Lheu in 2024 with a p value (p=0.248). The results of this study are expected to be input and reference material in contributing to efforts to improve the knowledge and performance of health workers and are expected to be used as guidelines in formulating policy recommendations..
