This study aims to analyze the effect of emotional intelligence on performance, intellectual intelligence, organizational commitment to the performance of Village Apparatus in Pace Village, Silo District, Jember Regency. The background of this research is based on the results of the evaluation of the performance of the Village Apparatus in Pace Village, Silo District, Jember Regency from 2021 to 2023 has decreased. This research uses an explanatory method with a quantitative approach. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires, interviews, and direct observation of village officials, while secondary data were collected from relevant documents, journals, and reports. The results showed that the emotional intelligence variable (X1) had an influence on performance (Y) and the intellectual intelligence variable had an effect (X2) on performance (Y) and the organizational commitment variable (X3) had no significant effect on performance (Y) and the emotional intelligence variable had an effect on performance (Y).
