Abstract

Abstract: Violence against women and children, whether physical, sexual, psychological, or online-based, has a serious impact on survivors' mental health. The available counseling services are still limited to face-to-face, so victims' access in remote areas is hampered. This service program aims to develop PulihBersama.id website-based counseling services that are safe, inclusive, and easily accessible. The activity partner is a women's empowerment organization at the Ang level consisting of 74 cadres and members of the family resilience motivation team. The method includes workshops, mentoring, and application trials, with pre-test and post-test evaluations. The results showed a significant increase in the skill of cadres in operating the application, from 42% before the activity to 87% after the activity, or an increase of 45%. These improvements include case registration, counseling logging, and service referral capabilities. This program strengthens the digital literacy of cadres while expanding access to community-based counseling for survivors of violence. Thus, the sustainability of psychosocial protection can be better guaranteed through the use of digital technology.
