Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum XYZ. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan positivisme, yang melibatkan populasi sebanyak 50 perawat dari berbagai ruang layanan, termasuk ruang gawat darurat, rawat jalan, intensif, operasi, dan bangsal. Sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh populasi tersebut. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 27 untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja masing-masing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja perawat. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut juga berkontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kerja. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi kepada manajemen rumah sakit untuk meningkatkan program pelatihan, memperkuat kedisiplinan, dan memotivasi tenaga perawat guna menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif. This study aims to analyze the effect of training, work discipline, and work motivation on nurses' work productivity at XYZ General Hospital. The research method used was quantitative with a positivism approach, involving a population of 50 nurses from various service rooms, including emergency rooms, outpatient, intensive care, surgery, and wards. The sample used was the entire population. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and distribution of questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis used SPSS version 27 software to test the relationship between variables. The results showed that training, work discipline, and work motivation each had a positive and significant influence on nurses' work productivity. Simultaneously, the three variables also contribute significantly to improving work productivity. This study provides recommendations for hospital management to improve training programs, strengthen discipline, and motivate nurses to create a productive work environment.
