Abstract

Employee performance affects how much a person contributes to the organization. A good organizational culture can improve employee performance in the organization. The leadership style adopted by a leader has a major role in achieving a good work environment in the organization. Training is a process of self-development by employees so that they can work more skillfully, increase the knowledge and expertise of an employee. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture, leadership style and training on employee performance at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of the Province of D.I Yogyakarta. Respondents in this study amounted to 75 employees at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of D.I Yogyakarta Province. The research method used this time using quantitative methods. While the data analysis methods used include validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, and classical assumption test. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, leadership style has no significant effect on employee performance, training has a significant effect on employee performance, and organizational culture, leadership style, and training have a simultaneous effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menguji peran keadilan organisasi dan profesionalisme kepemimpinan terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan. Sampel diambil dari perusahaan mebel yang berlokasi di Yogyakarta. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan tekniksampel jenuh atau sensus. Sehingga total sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 47 orang sesuai dengan populasinya. Pengumpulan data sampel dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner dalam bentuk Link Google Form yang dikirim melalu nomor WhatsApp masing-masing karyawan. Jumlah kuesioner yang dibagikan dan dapat diolah adalah sebanyak 47 kuesioner. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda, dibantu oleh program SPSS versi 17.0. Hasil dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: terdapat pengaruh positif dari keadilan organisasi terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan; terdapat juga pengaruh positif dari profesionalisme kepemimpinan terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan; dan terdapat pengaruh secara simultan keadilan organisasi dan profesionalisme kepemimpinan terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan. Saran untuk penelitian berikutnya dapat memilih variabel bebas lain seperti self esteem, iklim organisasi, dan sejenisnya untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kesejahteraan psikologis dapat dipengaruhi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, beban kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi yang diambil ialah pegawai Dinas Pendidikan, Kepemudaan, dan Olahraga Kabupaten Bantul, metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik simple random sampling. Sampel terdiri dari 62 responden Dinas Pendidikan, Kepemudaan, dan Olahraga Kabupaten Bantul. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi berganda, uji t (parsial) dan uji f (simultan) digunakan untuk membuktikan dan menganalisis hasil penelitian. hasI penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. 2) beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. 3) motivasi berpengaruh positif dan penting terhadap kinerja pegawai. 4) Kepemimpinan, Beban Kerja dan Motivasi juga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Service Bantul City's culture is device formed area - in skeleton carry out affairs government field culture and assignments affairs privileges of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The objective of the study is To analyze and find out the influence of compensation and environmental work on the performance of employees mediated by Motivation. Study this using research that is quantitative whereas in getting data used instrument research that has been set with spread questionnaire, check or checklist to respondents. In research, this use technique of nonprobability sampling (saturated sampling) is a technique determination sample when all member populations are used as the sample that is whole employee Service Culture Bantul Regency consists of 30 people. Abstract

The motivation behind this review is to decide whether there is an impact of leadership style on innovative behavior, decide whether there is an impact of the work environment on innovative behavior, decide whether there is an impact of job satisfaction on innovative behavior and decide whether there is an impact of leadership style, work environment and job satisfaction on innovative behavior simultaneously on employees. Berbah National Vocational School, Sleman, Special Region of Yogyakarta. With a population of 50 employees of the Berbah National Vocational School with a saturated sampling method. The method of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires, this research is descriptive quantitative. The analytical methods in this study are instrument test (validity and reliability), classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and t test and F test. The results of this study indicate (1) leadership style has a negative and significant impact on innovative behavior, (2) The work environment has a negative and significant impact on innovative behavior, (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on innovative behavior, and (4) Leadership style, work environment and job satisfaction have a simultaneous impact on innovative behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara gaya kepemimpinan demokrasi, pengembangan karir dan proses rekrutmen terhadap kinerja karyawan PTPN6 Unit Usaha Rimbo Dua Kabupaten Tebo Jambi. Sifat penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan PTPN6 Unit Usaha Rimbo Dua Kabupaten Tebo Jambi yang berjumlah 324. Sampel penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di Afdeling IV dan V yang berjumlah 93 karyawan dengan mengggunakan rumus slovin. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel non probability dengan teknik accidental sampling. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah data primer. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan kuisioner. Uji kualitas data menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji R², uji T dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan demokrasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Proses rekrutmen berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, gaya kepemimpinan demokrasi, pengembangan karir dan proses rekrutmen berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan demokrasi, pengembangan karir dan proses rekrutmen berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PTPN6 Unit Usaha Rimbo Dua Kabupaten Tebo Jambi.

Abstract

Untuk menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang baik, organisasi harus memberikan kompensasi, motivasi serta lingkungan kerja yang baik agar para guru dan staff tata usaha memperoleh kepuasan dalam pekerjaannya sehingga lebih bersemangat dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pegawai ataupun seorang guru yaitu dengan pemberian kompensasi yang layak dan setara dengan kinerja yang diberikan. Selain kompensasi, ada faktor lain yang mempengaruhi peningkatan ataupun penurunan kepuasan kerja seorang guru yaitu motivasi dan lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru serta staff tata usaha SMA Negeri 2 Playen Gunungkidul. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan data primer diambil menggunakan kuesioner pada sampel yang merupakan seluruh populasi guru dan staff tata usaha sebanyak 50 orang. Analisis data melalui analisis statistik deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas serta uji heteroskedastisitas dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, serta yang terakhir variabel kompensasi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of Occupational Health and Safety, Physical Work Environment, and Motivation on Worker Satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative research with descriptive analysis to assess a data characteristic. The population in this research object is 70 people, and the sample of all members of the population is 70 people. Saturated sample is a sampling technique in this study, because it uses all members of the existing population. The data collection method used a questionnaire and was analyzed using the method of multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 22. The results showed that Occupational Health and Safety had a positive and significant effect on Worker Satisfaction, the Physical Work Environment did not have a positive and significant effect on Worker Satisfaction, Motivation had an effect positive and significant to Employee Satisfaction. As well as Occupational Health and Safety, Physical Work Environment, and Motivation simultaneously affect Worker Satisfaction
