Abstract

Abstrak: Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat Desa Sitiwinangun dalam memasarkan produk gerabah melalui digitalisasi pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif dengan pelatihan digital marketing, workshop desain produk, serta pendampingan pembuatan dan pengelolaan media sosial seperti Instagram dan WhatsApp Business. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman pemasaran digital sebesar 75%, serta munculnya akun aktif @wisata.gerabah yang dikelola oleh masyarakat. Akun tersebut menjadi sarana promosi produk gerabah yang efektif dan memperkuat identitas lokal. Kegiatan ini berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan keterampilan masyarakat, perluasan pasar, serta pelestarian budaya lokal melalui media digital. Program ini relevan dengan kebutuhan desa dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi digital dan memberikan solusi berbasis potensi lokal. Kata kunci: pemasaran digital, gerabah, pemberdayaan masyarakat, Desa Sitiwinangun Abstract: This community service program aims to enhance the capacity of Sitiwinangun Village residents in marketing pottery products through digital marketing. A participatory approach was employed, including digital marketing training, product design workshops, and assistance in creating and managing social media platforms such as Instagram and WhatsApp Business. The results show a 75% increase in digital marketing understanding and the emergence of an active Instagram account, @wisata.gerabah, managed by the community. This account serves as an effective promotional tool and strengthens the local identity. The program positively impacted community skills, market expansion, and cultural preservation through digital media. It is highly relevant to the village’s need to address digital economic challenges with solutions rooted in local potential.
