ABSTRAK Pola dan gaya hidup remaja sangat mempengaruhi kesehatannya seringkali, kegiatan sehari-hari yang sibuk membuat remaja terpaksa mengesampingkan pola hidup yang sehat. Hal ini dapat mengganggu pola makan dan menyebabkan masalah kesehatan, seperti GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease) Tujuan penelitian menganalisis hubungan pola makan dengan kejadian Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) pada siswa di SMK Negeri I Ngasem Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi seluruh siswa kelas XII di SMK Negeri I Ngasem Kabupaten Bojonegoro tahun 2023 sebanyak 305 anak, sampel 74 responden dengan teknik purposional random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan lembar kuesioner FFQ dan kuesioner GERD-Q, kemudian dilakukan pengolahan data melalui editing, coding, scoring dan tabulating serta analisis data dengan uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian pola makan siswa kelas XII kurang sebanyak 58 responden (78,4%), kejadian GERD sebanyak 48 responden (64,9%) dan hasil uji statistik ρ value = 0,000 H0 ditolak. Kesimpulan penelitian ada hubungan pola makan dengan kejadian GERD pada siswa kelas XII. Peraturan pola makan pada remaja sekolah dengan melakukan sarapan pagi sebelum jam 10.00 pagi dan memanfaatkan waktu istirahat untuk makan siang dan dukungan orang tua dalam menyiapkan sarapan untuk anak dan juga menyiapkan bekal sehata. This can interfere with eating patterns and cause health problems, such as GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease). The aim of the study was to analyze the relationship between diet and the incidence of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) in students at SMK Negeri I Ngasem, Bojonegoro Regency. This study used an analytic method with a cross-sectional approach. The population of all class XII students at SMK Negeri I Ngasem, Bojonegoro Regency in 2023 was 305 children, a sample of 74 respondents using a stratified random sampling technique. The instruments used were FFQ questionnaire sheets and GERD-Q questionnaires, and then data processing was carried out through editing, coding, scoring tabulating, and data analysis with the Chi-Square test. The results of the research on the eating patterns of class XII students were less by 58 respondents (78.4%), the incidence of GERD was by 48 respondents (64.9%) and the results of the statistical test ρ value = 0.000 H0 were rejected. The conclusion of the study is that there is a relationship between eating patterns and the incidence of GERD in class XII students. Respondents should have breakfast before 10:00 am and take advantage of the break time for lunch The mother prepares breakfast for children and also brings lunch to school. .
