This study aims to first understand the perceptions of ASN and PPPK teachers at SMAN Plus Satap 1 Merauke regarding the additional employee income (TPP) policy in Merauke Regency, and secondly to determine what factors influence the perceptions of ASN and PPPK teachers at SMAN Plus Satap 1 Merauke regarding the additional employee income (TPP) policy in Merauke Regency. The research location was SMAN Plus Satap 1 Merauke. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validation uses source triangulation. The results of this study conclude that the perceptions of ASN and PPPK teachers at SMAN Plus Satap 1 Merauke regarding the Additional Employee Income (TPP) policy indicate that the TPP policy is generally accepted and considered beneficial by educators at the school. However, there are significant similarities between ASN teachers and PPPK teachers, these similarities are seen in their opinions about the unfairness in determining the TPP.
