Abstract

The development of Information and Communication Technology has had a major impact on the education sector. Various abilities should be utilized in the world of education in order to create a better education system, in terms of infrastructure, increasing the professionalism of the quality of human resources educators (teachers) and producing quality students.The purpose of this study was to determine the problems faced by teachers in the use of technology-based learning media in learning mathematics. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, the subjects in this study are mathematics teachers from elementary to middle school levels with a total of 35 teachers from various regions. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires and interviews. Interviews were conducted to reconfirm the unclear answers to the questionnaire from each subject. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that teachers with teaching time of 2-5 years are more active and creative in using methods and media in learning, in contrast to the case with teachers with teaching time of more than 10 years tend to prefer to use conventional methods because of habits and more comfortable with this method

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze: 1) the influence of promotions on interest in visiting users at the Merauke Regency regional library; 2) the influence of service quality on user interest in visiting the Merauke Regency regional library; 3) the influence of promotion and service quality on user interest in visiting the Merauke Regency regional library. This research is quantitative research. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The population in this study was all library visitors in January-October 2022, totaling 3,520 people. The sampling technique uses Proportional Random Sampling. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula and a sample of 97 respondents was obtained. Instrument testing in this research consisted of validity and reliability tests. The data analysis techniques used in this research are: 1) classic assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests; 2) test the hypothesis using multiple linear regression. The results of the research show that: 1) there is a significant influence of promotion on the interest of visitors to the Merauke Regency regional library; 2) there is a significant influence of service quality on user interest in visiting the Merauke Regency regional library; 3) there is a significant influence of promotion and service quality on user interest in visiting the Merauke Regency regional library.

Abstract

This study aims to first understand the perceptions of ASN and PPPK teachers at SMAN Plus Satap 1 Merauke regarding the additional employee income (TPP) policy in Merauke Regency, and secondly to determine what factors influence the perceptions of ASN and PPPK teachers at SMAN Plus Satap 1 Merauke regarding the additional employee income (TPP) policy in Merauke Regency. The research location was SMAN Plus Satap 1 Merauke. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validation uses source triangulation. The results of this study conclude that the perceptions of ASN and PPPK teachers at SMAN Plus Satap 1 Merauke regarding the Additional Employee Income (TPP) policy indicate that the TPP policy is generally accepted and considered beneficial by educators at the school. However, there are significant similarities between ASN teachers and PPPK teachers, these similarities are seen in their opinions about the unfairness in determining the TPP.

Abstract

Fenomena korupsi di Indonesia yang semakin meluas menuntut adanya upaya preventif melalui pendidikan antikorupsi sejak usia dini. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat literasi antikorupsi pada siswa Sekolah Dasar YPPK Salor, Kampung Ivimahad, Kabupaten Merauke. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi observasi awal, sosialisasi, edukasi, pemutaran video, diskusi, serta permainan simulasi yang dirancang secara partisipatif. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama satu hari penuh dengan pesertaseluruh siswa kelas 5 dan 6 sebanyak 35 Orang. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman siswa terkait definisi, bentuk, dan dampak korupsi, baik dalam konteks kehidupan sehari-hari maupun lingkungan pendidikan. Siswa mampu mengidentifikasi perilaku koruptif sederhana seperti menyontek, memotong antrean, dan menyembunyikan kesalahan, serta merefleksikan komitmen pribadi untuk berperilaku jujur dan bertanggung jawab. Kegiatan ini terbukti efektif dalam menumbuhkan moral knowing, moral feeling, dan moral action sebagai fondasi pembentukan karakter berintegritas. Dengan demikian, pendidikan antikorupsi di tingkat sekolah dasar menjadi strategi penting dalam membangun generasi muda yang sadar nilai dan berperan dalam menciptakan budaya antikorupsi.
