This study aims to examine the influence of self-efficacy, work stress, and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT Kemasan Ciptatama Sempurna Pasuruan. Job satisfaction is an important factor in maintaining productivity and organizational stability, especially in the highly competitive manufacturing industry. A quantitative method was applied using a 26-item questionnaire distributed to 110 purposively selected respondents, with data analyzed via SPSS to assess the effect of each variable on job satisfaction. The results show that self-efficacy and work environment have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, while work stress has a significant negative effect. The work environment is the most dominant factor, contributing 113.8% to the regression model. An adjusted R² value of 0.992 indicates that the model explains 99.2% of the variance in job satisfaction.
