Abstract Pondok Pucung Village, RT 005 and 006, RW 02, South Tangerang, is an urban village adjacent to the modern residential area of Bintaro Jaya. However, this village lacks facilities and infrastructure, including waste management. Residents manage their waste independently because there is no waste management system provided by the local government. A small number of residents collaborate with outside parties to collect their waste with a fee model, while most residents burn, bury, or dump waste in empty lots. This situation is a problem in Pucung and the basis of the partnership between the author team with the youth organization Green Camp and the Mawar Waste Bank of Pondok Pucung Village, RT 005 and 006, RW 02. This partnership aims to organize a festival that focuses on creative and innovative waste management. The implementation method used is the community empowerment method through design with the Design Thinking (DT) stage. This activity is integrated with the PKM Grant from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology, Design, Society, Environment Course, that involves lecturers and students of the Interior Design Study Program, Faculty of Design, UPH.
