Student management at Al Mubaarok Manggisan Islamic Boarding School (Pesantren) features a unique characteristic that synchronizes modern administrative aspects with traditional spiritual values. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study analyzes the implementation of an integrated management model covering planning, coaching, and student potential development. The findings reveal that Al Mubaarok employs a duality management system: the pure Salaf track (Main Boarding School) and the formal track (Pendidikan Diniyah Formal & Ma’had Aly). The success of this management lies in the consistent use of the sorogan method as an individual quality control instrument, alongside a structured eight-year curriculum. The institutional transformation spanning over two decades proves that adapting to formal systems (PDF) without reducing the essence of Kitab Kuning (classical Islamic texts) successfully enhances graduates' competitiveness at the national level. This integration allows students to gain formal legal recognition while maintaining authentic religious depth. Al Mubaarok’s flexibility in responding to national educational regulations demonstrates that tradition and modernity can coexist effectively. In conclusion, this model preserves the pesantren identity while producing graduates relevant to modern demands.
