The development of information technology requires universities to manage academic data quickly, accurately, and in an integrated manner. However, many educational institutions still use manual academic administration processes, potentially leading to errors and delays in information. This study aims to develop a web-based academic information system by applying the V-Model method to improve the efficiency and accuracy of academic data management. The V-Model method was chosen because it emphasizes verification and validation processes at every stage of system development. The developed system includes managing student, lecturer, course, schedule, attendance, grades, and academic report generation data. The results of the study indicate that the developed academic information system is able to automate academic administration processes, centrally integrate data, and facilitate information access for administrators, lecturers, and students. In addition, the application of the V-Model method has proven effective in minimizing development errors and improving system quality. Keywords: Academic Information Systems, V-Model, Web, System Development Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi informasi menuntut perguruan tinggi untuk mengelola data akademik secara cepat, akurat, dan terintegrasi. Namun, masih banyak institusi pendidi-kan yang menggunakan proses administrasi akademik secara manual sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan dan keterlambatan informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi akademik berbasis web dengan menerapkan metode V-Model guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan data akademik. Metode V-Model dipilih karena menekankan proses verifikasi dan validasi pada setiap tahap pengembangan sistem. Sistem yang dikembangkan mencakup pengelolaan data maha-siswa, dosen, mata kuliah, jadwal, absensi, nilai, serta pembuatan laporan akademik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi akademik yang dikembangkan mampu mengotomatisasi proses administrasi akademik, mengintegrasikan data secara terpusat, serta mempermudah akses informasi bagi admin, dosen, dan mahasiswa. Selain itu, penerapan metode V-Model terbukti efektif dalam meminimalkan kesalahan pengembangan dan meningkatkan kualitas sistem.
